Choosing the right government and private organization as partner in delivering value-added services

In every organization, there is a greater value and competitive edge if a strategic partnership is established and sustained. Ajman Free Zone has been increasing its added value services thanks to a strong network of government and private partners. These collaborations with reliable partners enhanced the services of Ajman Free Zone to cater to the various needs of investors, companies, customers, and employees, providing them with more opportunities for expansion and growth.

In the government sector, AFZ partnered with the Ajman Transport Authority (ATA) in developing the transport sector, placing a stronger focus on customer satisfaction. The free zone is also in partnership with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts to assist in the implementation of judicial orders related to the registration of wills and distribution of assets and inheritance, among other judicial services.

For payments of bills and government fees, AFZ offers a unified portal for smart transaction through electronic channels adhering to the highest standards of reliability in collaboration with the Ajman Department of Finance. Furthermore, value-added services also include vehicle registration, driver’s examination services, among others, in cooperation with the Ajman Police General Command.

Meanwhile in the private sector, AFZ established credible partnerships with companies from various industries to provide its clients with efficient and seamless services. For medical needs, insurance, consultations, and examinations, AFZ collaborated with the Saudi German Hospital-Ajman, Ajman Specialty General Hospital, Right Health, and Laiq Medical Screening Center. Additional value-added services offered in the free zone include the areas of e-commerce in cooperation with Noon eCommerce; facilities for opening bank accounts with Ajman Bank, Mashreq Bank, and RAK Bank; electronic payments and e-wallet through Al Ansari Exchange; insurance coverage with Dubai Insurance, Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), Al Sagr National Insurance Company and the Arabian Scandinavian Insurance Company (PLC) - Takaful - Ascana Insurance (ASCANA). In addition, clients can also avail of documents delivery services to and from the free zone in partnership with Zajel Parcel Services. These partnerships are testaments to AFZ’s commitment in providing support to clients and investors, as well as to contribute to the local, regional and national economy. By establishing and strengthening cooperation with government and private entities, AFZ is enhancing the attractiveness of commercial, investment and industrial activities in the Emirate of Ajman in line with the Ajman Vision 2021.
